Slow MacBook – The strengths and selling points of the MacBook are its durability and speed. Even after using it for a long time, its speed and performance stay the same as when it was first turned on.
Even so, a MacBook isn’t immune to slowdowns and issues.
Support.apple.com reports that there are 3 reasons that can cause problems for a MacBook.
The first cause is the disk, aka the device’s storage media is nearing its full capacity.
A disk that is starting to fill up may affect device performance. Making it slower to process the data inside it.
The second is when the device is running too many applications so it drains too much of the device’s power.
Applications that are simultaneously open in large quantities can cause the device’s temperature to heat up. Making it laggy and sluggish.
And finally, the third cause lies in the operating system (OS), as in an out-of-date macOS.
Users often forget the importance of updating the operating system (OS). Because this can greatly affect the MacBook in carrying out its functions.
You don’t need to worry because these three cause of problems can be easy to overcome.
Here’s how you fix it.
